Description

• For moderate traffic, medium weight doors
• When use with the surface mounted door closer, set the overhead door holder earlier than closer.
• Stop-only units are permitted on many fire door applications.
• Hold-open device can't be used on the fire doors.
• Complete screw packet kit for installation in wood or metal door and frame. 
• Each model is available in 5 sizes.
